My 12-month business photography packages give you access to consistent, professional imagery throughout the year, with flexible booking, priority availability and the freedom to use your photography hours where they're needed most.

Choose from three packages designed around different levels of coverage, each offering 30% off my standard hourly photography rate.

Essentials — £2,450 per year

1 photography day per quarter

28 hours of photography annually
Four 7-hour photography days per year

How It Works

1. Choose Your Package
Select the level of photography coverage that suits your business, from four to twelve photography days per year.

2. Book Your Photography
Arrange full 7-hour photography days or split them into two 3.5-hour sessions. Bookings require at least 14 days' notice and are subject to availability.

3. Receive Your Photographs
All usable images are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution, ready to use across your business's marketing and communications.

4. Spread the Cost
Choose annual or quarterly payments. Your first payment is due when you sign your agreement, with three further quarterly payments by standing order if you choose the quarterly option.

Pretty much anything your business needs photographing! From corporate events and conferences to staff headshots, workplace photography, promotional imagery and coverage of company-run workshops. Your hours can be used across a variety of business photography requirements.
Absolutely. Each 7-hour photography day can be used as one full-day session or split into two 3.5-hour sessions.
Not at all! You can choose to pay annually or quarterly in advance.
If you choose quarterly payments, your first instalment is payable by bank transfer when you sign your agreement.
You'll then arrange a standing order for the remaining three quarterly payments, so everything is taken care of automatically.
These payments are due seven calendar days before the start of each new contract quarter.
If you'd prefer to pay annually, the full amount is payable by bank transfer upon signing.
Please provide a minimum of 14 days' notice. Package clients receive priority booking, although all dates remain subject to availability and written confirmation.
Additional photography is available at £100 per hour or part thereof, subject to availability. That's a 20% saving on the standard £125 hourly rate.
Yes. Upgrades can be agreed at any point, with the extra cost calculated proportionately for the remainder of the contract. Downgrades are considered at renewal.
Photography hours must be used within their allocated quarter. Unused hours expire at the end of each quarter and cannot be carried forward.
However, we understand that business requirements can change. With prior written approval and subject to availability, clients may borrow up to seven photography hours from their immediately following quarter.
The following quarter's payment must have been received in full and cleared before any borrowed hours can be used.
Yes. All usable photographs are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution via WeTransfer. Editing and delivery do not reduce your allocated photography hours.
Yes. An ongoing commercial licence permits use for your own business website, social media, advertising, brochures and marketing. Copyright remains with Claire Louise Photography.
Travel within Sunderland is included. Outside Sunderland, mileage is charged at 55p per mile for the full return journey from the Sunderland base. Other agreed expenses may apply.
All packages run for a fixed 12-month term, without automatic renewal. We discuss potential renewal in the final quarter.
Bookings can be rearranged with at least seven days' notice, subject to availability and within the same quarter. Less than seven days' notice ordinarily counts as a used session.
Your photography will normally be carried out by Claire Louise. In exceptional circumstances, a suitably experienced replacement photographer may be offered with your agreement.
Yes. Departments of the same contracted business may share allocated hours, coordinated through one nominated main contact.
Absolutely! One of the benefits of being a package client is that evening, weekend, bank holiday and late-night photography are all included at no additional charge, subject to availability and your allocated photography hours.
